Working with talented, creative people toward an experience that engages the receiver and makes the brand and client look good is a slice of heaven. Pure and simple.
Likewise, it is thrilling to be part of a company that is ready to expand while still staying true to themselves and their DNA. After all, stagnation is only good for breeding bacteria and mosquitoes.
When it comes to the work, the larger the project, the more opportunity for integrated messages, the more media touch-points for the message to be received, the more I like the challenge. There is both art and science to plate-spinning.
